Qualifications and Accreditation

Qualifications and Accreditation are a key part of our commitment to providing high levels  of service.

Current qualifications in RSA & RCG, Senior First Aid, Fitness, Gymnastics Coaching, Pool Lifeguard, Austswim Teacher of Swimming are required according to relevant positions.

What you can expect after applying for a position at the RHR Group

If you have the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that meets the criteria of the role, one of our Recruitment Specialists will be in contact with you via phone, email or SMS.

Depending on the role you are applying for interviews can be held;

  • By phone or skype
  • One on one interviews
  • Group recruitment sessions

Part of our selection process includes references checks. The successful candidate will need to provide at least two professional referees.

A pre employment medical will be required also as part of the selection process. The candidate will be invited to attend a medical examination at the Company nominated medical centre. Cost will be incurred by the Club.

Probity checks, Working with Children Checks, Psychometric testing or on the job assessments.

Other roles may require further checks and testing for specialist and leadership positions.
